Ingredients
1 pack mezete Shakshuka Base Stew
1 cup bulgur
1 cup zucchini, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 cup chicken broth or boiling water
¼ cup olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
Pinch of oregano
Pinch of dried mint
Salt and black pepper
How to make

Step 1. Cook the Vegetables
Warm the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the onions, garlic, and chopped zucchini. Stir occasionally until softened. Season with paprika, oregano, and dried mint.

Step 2. Add the Bulgur
Add the well-washed bulgur to the pan and stir for a few minutes until it absorbs the flavors.

Step 3. Add the Shakshuka Base
Pour in the mezete Shakshuka Base Stew and stir gently to combine. Let it simmer for a rich flavor infusion.

Step 4. Add the Broth
Pour in the chicken broth (or boiling water). Season with salt and black pepper and stir well. Cover and cook on low heat until the bulgur is fully cooked, and the liquid is absorbed.
