Ingredients
1 Pack mezete Shakshuka Base Stew
1 Cup bulgur
1 Cup zucchini, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 Cup Chicken broth or boiling water
¼ Cup Olive oil
1 Teaspoon paprika
Pinch of oregano
Pinch of dried mint
Salt and pepper
How to make

Step 1
Warm olive oil in a large frying pan and cook the onions, garlic, and zucchini, then add paprika, oregano, and dried mint while stirring

Add well-washed bulgur to the mixture while occasionally stirring for a few minutes
