Ingredients

1 Pack mezete Shakshuka Base Stew
1 Cup bulgur
1 Cup zucchini, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 Cup Chicken broth or boiling water
¼ Cup Olive oil
1 Teaspoon paprika
Pinch of oregano
Pinch of dried mint
Salt and pepper

How to make

  • Step 1

    Warm olive oil in a large frying pan and cook the onions, garlic, and zucchini, then add paprika, oregano, and dried mint while stirring

  • Step 2

    Add well-washed bulgur to the mixture while occasionally stirring for a few minutes

  • Step 3

    Add the mezete Shakshuka Base Stew to the mixture for a rich bite and stir slowly on a simmer

  • Step 4

    Add chicken broth, salt, and black pepper while stirring until the Shakshuka sauce is well combined with the mixture

  • Step 5

    Suits well with a grilled chicken side dish
