135gram mezete Fire Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
1 Medium Cauliflower, Chopped Into Florets
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
½ Tsp Paprika
½ Tsp Za’Atar
½ Tsp Black Pepper
Pomegranate Seeds
Sesame Seeds
Parsley
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (For Drizzling)

How to make

  • Step 1. Let's Start with the Cauliflower:

    Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with sea salt, garlic powder, paprika, thyme and black pepper. Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.

  • Step 2. Assemble the Hummus Bowl:

    Spread the mezete Fire-roasted Red Pepper Hummus onto a serving plate or bowl. Top with the air-fried cauliflower.

Garnish
