1 Medium Cauliflower, Chopped Into Florets
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
½ Tsp Paprika
½ Tsp Za’Atar
½ Tsp Black Pepper
Pomegranate Seeds
Sesame Seeds
Parsley
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (For Drizzling)

Step 1. Let's Start with the Cauliflower:
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with sea salt, garlic powder, paprika, thyme and black pepper. Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Spread the mezete Fire-roasted Red Pepper Hummus onto a serving plate or bowl. Top with the air-fried cauliflower.
